At Wren House Care Home it has been a very busy August indeed. Our activities programme covers a wide range of hobbies and interests.
This month residents have enjoyed Indian dancing and trying Boxercise in the drawing-room. Pauline, one of our residents, took her glasses off just in case!
Where possible, we will tailor activities to our residents’ specific interests. For instance when June, Margaret, June, and Pauline got to create some marvelous flower arrangements in the dining room.
A firm favourite for Wren House residents this summer, however, was our trip to the beautiful Somerset village of Beckington for scrumptious fish and chips.
