It’s that time of year when our Wren Retirement Living communities come together to celebrate the wonderful worlds of creativity, community, and a dash of spookiness. It’s the annual Company-Wide Scarecrow Contest, where our cherished residents and devoted team members unleash their imaginations!
This year, the competition was fierce, with each community wholeheartedly investing their time and passion into crafting the most enchanting and slightly eerie scarecrows one could envision. From the cuddly and amiable to the thrillingly spooky, the scarecrows mirrored the diverse tapestry of the communities they represent.
Our residents, once again, proved that creativity knows no age. With unwavering support from our dedicated team members, they meticulously designed and brought to life scarecrows that beautifully encapsulated the essence of their homes.
While Avonbridge Care Home takes home the trophy, the genuine winners of this competition are the notions of community and the spark of creativity that each community sparked. The shared smiles, the resounding laughter, and the infectious spirit of togetherness cultivated by the scarecrow competition were simply priceless.
